These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Grand Junction Cleaning Services LLC website, as well
as your request for, booking of, or use of our cleaning services. By using the website, requesting an
estimate, scheduling service, approving service, or receiving service, you agree to these Terms and
Conditions.
1. Services
Grand Junction Cleaning Services LLC provides cleaning services, including residential cleaning services,
commercial cleaning services, and carpet cleaning. The exact scope of work, timing, pricing, and service
details will be based on the services requested, the information provided by the customer, the condition of
the property, and any written or verbal approvals.
2. Estimates, Scheduling, and Access
• Estimates are based on the information available at the time and may be adjusted if the scope, condition,
size, or service needs are materially different from what was originally described.
• Appointments are subject to availability.
• The customer is responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled
service time.
• If utilities, access, entry instructions, or site conditions prevent service from being completed as
planned, additional charges, rescheduling, or cancellation may apply.
3. Customer Responsibilities
• Please secure cash, jewelry, firearms, medications, irreplaceable items, and other valuables before
service.
• Please disclose any known hazards, biohazards, structural concerns, aggressive animals, or unsafe
conditions before service.
• Please contain pets as reasonably necessary for the safety of the pets and our team.
• Please identify surfaces, furnishings, or materials that require special handling, especially delicate,
damaged, unstable, or specialty items.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due according to the invoice terms or any separate written agreement. Pricing is stated in U.S.
dollars. We may use third party software and payment processors to invoice and collect payment. Failure to
pay may result in suspension of future services, collections activity, or other lawful remedies.
5. No Refund Policy, Re Service Option
All sales are final. Grand Junction Cleaning Services LLC does not offer refunds for cleaning services. If a
customer believes a service was not completed correctly, the customer must notify us promptly, and we
may, in our discretion, offer a reasonable opportunity to return and address the specific service concern. A
return visit or touch up, if offered, is the exclusive remedy in place of a refund.
6. Satisfaction Concerns
• Any service concern should be reported as soon as reasonably possible after the service.
• The customer must describe the specific issue so that it can be evaluated.
• Corrective service, if approved, is limited to the specific areas or tasks that are the subject of the reported
concern.
• Normal wear, staining, permanent damage, pre existing conditions, and issues outside the original scope
of work are not grounds for a refund or free re service.
7. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Scheduling, cancellation, rescheduling, lockout, late cancellation, card on file, and other operational
policies may be communicated separately during booking or through customer documents. By proceeding
with service, the customer agrees to any such booking terms that are provided at the time of scheduling.
8. Limitations and Results
• Cleaning does not guarantee restoration of surfaces or complete removal of all stains, odors,
discoloration, buildup, or damage.
• Results can vary based on material type, age, condition, prior treatment, wear, contamination, and other
site specific factors.
• We are not responsible for failure of surfaces or materials that are already damaged, loose, brittle,
deteriorated, improperly installed, or otherwise compromised before service.
9. Damage Claims and Limitation of Liability
Any concern regarding alleged damage must be reported promptly. To the fullest extent allowed by law,
Grand Junction Cleaning Services LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or
punitive damages. Our total liability relating to a service is limited to the amount paid for the specific
service at issue. We are not liable for pre existing conditions, concealed defects, manufacturer defects,
ordinary wear, or damage caused by inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer.
10. Website Use
All content on this website, including text, logos, images, graphics, and design elements, is owned by or
licensed to Grand Junction Cleaning Services LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without
prior written permission.
11. Privacy
Use of the website and services is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
12. Right to Refuse or Discontinue Service
We reserve the right to refuse, limit, pause, or discontinue service when necessary for safety, nonpayment,
inappropriate conduct, undisclosed hazards, unreasonable conditions, or any other legitimate business
reason.
13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of
law principles.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any revised version becomes effective when
posted on the website unless a later date is stated.

Refund and Re Service Policy
Effective Date: April 8, 2026
Grand Junction Cleaning Services LLC does not offer refunds for cleaning services. Because cleaning
services are time based and performed on site, all completed services are final. However, if there is a
legitimate concern about the quality of a completed service, we want the opportunity to review it and, when
appropriate, return to address the specific concern.
Our Policy
• No refunds are provided for completed services.
• If you believe part of the service was not completed correctly, contact us promptly with the specific issue.
• If we determine that corrective service is appropriate, we may schedule a return visit to address the
identified area or task.
• Any return visit is limited to the original scope of work and the specific concern reported.
What Is Not Covered
• Requests for a refund instead of a return visit.
• Issues caused by normal settling of dust, new use of the space, or conditions that arise after service is
completed.
• Permanent staining, discoloration, damage, odor, or wear that cannot be corrected by standard cleaning
methods.
• Pre existing conditions, hidden damage, or results limited by the material, age, or condition of the
surface.
• Items or areas outside the agreed scope of service.
