Move-In & Move-Out Cleaning
We charge $65 per labor hour for move-in and move-out cleaning. As a general guideline, we average approximately 100 square feet per labor hour.

 

For example:
800 sq. ft. home → approximately 8 labor hours
1,200 sq. ft. home → approximately 12 labor hours
1,800 sq. ft. home → approximately 18 labor hours
2,500 sq. ft. home → approximately 25 labor hours

Please note that these are estimates only. Grand Junction Cleaning Services specializes in professional move-out and move-in cleans, and our production rates have been determined through hundreds of move-out cleaning jobs. A proper move-out or move-in clean includes much more than restrooms, kitchens, and floors. It may also include cleaning of inside cabinets and drawers, baseboards, doors, door frames, light switches, outlet covers, window sills, ledges, fixtures, appliance exteriors, sinks, countertops, tubs, showers, toilets, mirrors, ceiling fans, and other detailed areas throughout the home. The actual time required will depend on the condition of the home and the level of detail requested during consultation.

House Cleaning
We charge $65 per labor hour for monthly cleaning and $60 per labor hour for weekly and biweekly recurring services.

Deep Cleaning
We charge $65 per labor hour for deep cleaning services. Because every home and every customer's priorities are different, deep cleaning estimates are discussed over the phone. We will discuss your cleaning goals and come to an agreement on the number of labor hours you would like to book.

What is a labor hour?
A labor hour is one hour of work performed by one cleaner.

For example:

• 1 cleaner working for 4 hours = 4 labor hours

• 2 cleaners working for 4 hours = 8 labor hours

• 3 cleaners working for 4 hours = 12 labor hours
